Ebooks and audiobooks
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered straight away by email from BookFunnel. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Paperbacks
We ship paperbacks to:

• United States
• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand

Sorry, we’re not able to ship to other countries at this time.

Paperbacks are printed especially for your order, so please allow time for printing as well as delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Your address
Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged books
If your book arrives damaged, email us within 10 days of receiving it, and we’ll either refund you or send a replacement.

Missing parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the delivery carrier.
